Sharp Communication named Huntsville’s Small Business of The Year in Technology

Sharp Communication was named Small Business of the Year in Technology by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce for 2015.

We are very honored to receive this award. Thank you to our many wonderful customers to our amazing & hard-working employees who have such a passion for taking care of our customers and serving our community. It has been pleasure to serve all of you for the past 36 years and many more to come.

We are looking forward to many more years of serving North Alabama.

Huntsville Radio Service is now a division of Sharp Communication

On July 11th, 2014, Sharp Communication acquired Huntsville Radio Service.

The merger of our companies has created a bigger, better two-way radio company with over 100 combined years of corporate experience in the Critical Communication business. We now have more great people, assets and expertise in place to be able to better serve our customers and our community.

All Huntsville Radio email addresses and phone numbers will stay active and Huntsville Radio’s Clinton Avenue location will remain open for the immediate future. We will work hard to ensure an easy, seamless, and painless transition for all customers.

Sharp Communication cuts the ribbon on 35 years of success in North Alabama

On May 15, 2014, Sharp Communication held a ribbon cutting to celebrate 35 years of providing Critical Communication and Security Solutions to Tennessee Valley government agencies and businesses.

City of Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle and City of Madison Mayor Troy Trulock were on hand for the event along with several Madison County Commissioners and local police & fire officials.

Sharp Communication held its 35th anniversary celebration on May 15, 2014 and had over 300 attendees including City of Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle, City of Madison Mayor Troy Trulock, along with 4 Madison County Commissioners and numerous public safety officials.

Sharp also announced a $500 donation to Wounded Blue at the event. From Tires to Two Way Radios
